I’m looking to manage end-to-end short-term rental and property operations—schedules, guest support, maintenance, and documentation—within a fast-paced hospitality team that values operational excellence, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

I manage the daily operations of short-term rental and hospitality portfolios in Malta, keeping workflows smooth in fast-paced environments. I’m results-driven and focused on operational excellence, clear communication, and reliable administrative execution.

In my property administration role, I coordinate schedules, documentation, inventory records, and internal communications to support consistent service delivery. I also handle reporting, workflow coordination, operational planning, and the maintenance of accurate operational documentation.

I coordinate guest communications across multiple booking platforms and ensure prompt, professional support throughout the guest journey. I also coordinate housekeeping operations, maintenance requests, contractor/vendor follow-ups, and quality assurance to resolve issues quickly while protecting customer satisfaction.

Earlier, I supported construction and project coordination in Colombia—helping with planning, documentation, site supervision, and compliance with technical specifications and project schedules.
