What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to learn new skills, take on practical challenges, contribute to team success, and apply my customer service, technical repair, organisation, and problem-solving experience.

I've provided comprehensive care for a family member, managing daily routines, medication schedules, medical appointments, and communication with healthcare professionals and service providers.

I also delivered milk orders for Milk and More in Bournemouth, organising early-morning deliveries to Poole docks, loading safely, collecting payments, and following company policies.

Alongside customer service and support experience, I build custom PCs, diagnose hardware and software issues, repair electronics, and carry out routine device maintenance. I've developed IT knowledge through Google Cloud training in technical support, networking, system administration, IT security, and power-user skills.

I'm keen to keep learning, take on new challenges, and contribute an adaptable, practical, and compassionate approach to a team.
