What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote Operations, HR, or Compliance Coordinator roles with international organisations, where I can support regulated-care compliance, recruitment/onboarding, and efficient operational processes while improving systems and documentation quality.

I’m a versatile Operations, HR, and Compliance professional with hands-on experience supporting a UK-regulated (CQC) domiciliary care provider in a fully remote capacity. I strengthen care-sector governance through recruitment, onboarding, and inspection-ready compliance documentation.

In my current role as an Operations, HR, Administration & Compliance Support Officer, I support the Registered Manager across HR, recruitment, compliance, operations, and finance administration. I manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, including DBS/Right to Work checks, training compliance tracking, and staff records management.

I also help ensure operational readiness by creating and maintaining CQC-aligned documentation such as care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding records, and incident reports. I’ve supported a digital systems migration from NurseBuddy to CareHut, including staff account setup, testing, and liaison with software providers.

Beyond operations and compliance, I bring cross-functional adaptability—from freelance digital marketing and content strategy to electoral operations management during the 2025 Lagos State elections, plus greenhouse operations experience with the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture. I’m now pursuing remote Operations, HR, or Compliance Coordinator opportunities with international organisations.
