I’m a results-driven Human Resources professional with progressive experience across HR operations, talent acquisition, compliance auditing, and process improvement. I build and enforce HR SOPs, run structured full-cycle recruitment, and turn insights into practical systems that help teams hire smarter.
In remote, fast-paced environments, I manage applicant pipelines end-to-end—sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding—while keeping HR documentation accurate and audit-ready. I also develop interview question frameworks using AI-assisted analysis to make evaluations more targeted, consistent, and data-informed.
My compliance work focuses on conducting compliance and process audits across HR operations, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions to meet regulatory and internal policy standards. I’ve supported reporting by organising recruitment records, tracking registers, and stakeholder-ready onboarding documentation.
I’m also an entrepreneur: I founded an HR and recruitment services startup targeting SMEs, and I was selected as a 2026 Tony Elumelu Foundation entrepreneur. Through UNICEF & Mastercard Foundation and ALX Africa programs, I’ve strengthened my innovation mindset and expanded my technical proficiency for modern, AI-assisted HR workflows.
