Oversee approximately USD 15M annual procurement for HALO's largest country programme, including demining equipment, vehicles, PPE, and services. Rewrote the Ukraine procurement SOP, built Power BI dashboards and Power Apps, and led Norad compliance gap analysis.

Led procurement and logistics for a 100+ staff mission in full compliance with national regulations and donor requirements. Implemented procurement systems and managed the e-tender platform, and served as Acting Country Director.

Developed regional emergency preparedness strategy across 17 countries and served as Humanitarian-Military Interaction focal point. Supported Ukraine response as Deputy Logistics Cluster Officer and facilitated Afghanistan support from Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

Developed emergency preparedness and prepositioning strategies for WFP and national disaster management agencies. Created Theory of Change and Supply Chain Country Capacity Strengthening strategies.

Led HR, administration, supply chain, IT, safety and security for a USD 30M grants portfolio and 370 staff in Greece, and a USD 28M budget with 400 staff in DR Congo. Rolled out a web-based procurement ERP and passed internal audit.

Led regional rollout of logistics and procurement policies, reviewed budget proposals, and led a warehouse inventory project covering USD 2.6M of medical stock.

Managed 45 national and international tenders end to end and framework agreements, and technically managed three expatriate managers. Ensured compliance with DRC logistics handbook.

Conducted emergency deployments and supply chain reviews across country offices, developed compliance action plans, and provided staff training and remote mentoring. Supported start-up of South Sudan refugee response base.

Provided logistics and operations advisory support in DR Congo, including logistics cluster coordination and emergency start-ups.
