At EG A/S, I manage six mobile products under one strategic company goal, coordinating priorities, release sequencing, and resources across a shared development team. I also own delivery of mobile application transformation initiatives and act as Product Owner on two projects.
I built the Confluence documentation structure from zero for EG A/S mobile app development projects. I plan for accessibility and compliance, including WCAG and EN 301 549, as part of transformation work.
At Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company, I was part of the PMO team coordinating Project Maturity KPIs and RAG reporting across the Automotive business line. I built ASPICE-aligned processes and created a Technical Detailed Design standard used across multiple teams.
My work has also included requirements engineering, business and systems analysis, and change-impact assessment. I’ve supported accessibility and process programs adopted across business units, prepared teams for ISO 9001 and ASPICE assessments, and delivered audit and maturity-review findings as recommendations for delivery improvements.
