I am a strategic HR professional with over 18 years' hands-on experience delivering HR transformation and operational excellence across technology, financial and professional services. I combine deep regulatory knowledge with practical HR operations to drive compliant, scalable people solutions.

Throughout my career I have led end-to-end HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll and HRIS implementations such as Workday. I have a strong track record in policy, compliance and governance with expertise in MOM regulations, FCF, TGFEP and PDPA.

I have delivered measurable impact: redesigned onboarding and payroll processes, improved engagement scores from 55% to 75%, secured grant funding, implemented HR systems, and optimised benefits through vendor negotiation.
