I'm looking to apply digital transformation, process improvement, and data analysis to operational or sustainable-energy challenges, with opportunities to work across teams and deliver measurable performance improvements.

I've led operational improvement work at Hovione, redesigning and digitalizing the R&D procurement process across R&D, Procurement, and Secretariat teams.

I developed a Microsoft-based platform and KPI dashboard that reduced procurement lead time by 45%, centralized information, and enabled performance monitoring. I also created digital training content for the Operational Excellence Academy.

My sustainable energy work includes a techno-economic study of green ammonia production in Portugal, hydrogen-derivative feasibility analysis for the Nordic market with Fortum, and energy-community product research with Plug&Chain.
