I’m a customer-focused professional with a BSC in Economics and a strong drive to turn challenge into solution. I bring effective managerial skill, leadership, and supervisory ability to help teams perform and customers feel supported.

In my work experience, I’ve handled Customer Care Service in roles including Orient g water well and Mckings system, where I strengthened interpersonal communication and reliable service delivery. I also worked as a Tecno Mobile Sales Representative, building my ability to communicate clearly and support customers through purchase decisions.

Beyond core service work, I’m actively interested in Political Economics, international economics, and comparative economics. I also bring tech capability from being an Embedded Systems Engineer (intermediate level), including Arduino C programming language, Arduino microcontroller board work, and Python (beginner).
