Message

At CSR PT Citi Asia Internasional (Smartnation.id), I built the organisation’s programme development framework, including its Theory of Change, KPIs, and programme workplans. I also designed programmes from proposals and budgets through implementation and monitoring and evaluation.

At Smartnation.id, I produced 15+ public education materials for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the organisation’s website. I also served as Lead Liaison Officer for two government events involving the Ministry of Defense (Kemhan) and Ministry of Transmigration (Kementrans).

At Petabencana.id, I designed and facilitated two monthly trainings for 40–300 participants per session and grew a 1,371-member disaster-response network. I also monitored programmes, analysed feedback, and prepared reports to inform improvements.

As a Volunteer Community Development Officer at Rumah Disabilitas, I served as Project Lead for CV writing workshops for persons with disabilities, coordinating programme delivery and supporting participants with their job applications. My project work also includes a PRISMA 2020 systematic literature review that analysed 210 articles and screened 78 studies to develop a conceptual Digital Waste Management Service System.
