I’m a Senior Facilities Administrator with 15 years of diverse expertise across operations management, inventory control, construction projects, account management, and maintenance. I focus on turning day-to-day facility work into measurable results through strong organization, reliable reporting, and accountable team leadership.

In my current role, I ensure defined target KRA-KPI metrics for services like Housekeeping, Office Supplies, and Concessionaire are monitored monthly and reported to the Facilities Manager. I align Security services to the National standard through monthly SLA performance reporting, coordinate contractors for repair and maintenance, and review/process invoices with 100% data accuracy.

I also manage cross-functional execution by coordinating internal teams and external trades to schedule and track job completion, while ensuring issues are resolved on time. I implement Facilities and Admin Policies (including House Rules and Regulations), validate and update expense trackers, and monitor proper allocation and timely distribution of office supplies to stakeholders.

Previously, as a Shift Assist Supervisor, I monitored building conditions using PTZ and CCTV cameras, managed tickets through the RMMS system, generated KPI reports, and coordinated emergency response and maintenance. Earlier, I handled facilities and assets across multiple sites, overseeing HVAC, UPS, GenSet, FDAS, water pumps, and systems—while leading housekeeping and security teams and partnering with vendors to keep sites running at high standards.
