What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an executive role in management, commercial strategy, marketing, insurance, or business.

At SPORT CLUBE INTERNACIONAL, I led implementation of the CRM discipline and Insider platform in 90 days. Early results included improving recovery of overdue payments from 7% to 17%, alongside reduced churn and increased attraction of new members.

At UNICRED DO BRASIL, I led digital acquisition strategy, increasing lead capture from 700 per year to 6,000 per month. I also launched the ZIIN Investimentos brand and implemented Salesforce to support marketing automation.

At SICREDI, I developed marketing strategy and led a team of 40 as Head de Marketing. Earlier, I worked across consortia and insurance products, contributing to portfolio growth and launching services and sustainable consortia; I also co-founded Agro4you, an insurance consultancy for agribusiness.
