What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to grow in Mainframe technologies and/ or leadership, while applying my psychological insights to enhance team dynamics.

Joined IBM in September 13th, 2016. With a strong skill in English language I first experienced Operations Analisys with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Started to learn about data process and how it is done. Took care of the third biggest bank in Canada. Skilled in Lotus Notes, Research, IBM iSeries, z/OS, Microsoft Office, Training, Coaching, Taking Courses and Strong Communication Skill. Graduated on Psychology at Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo - Unisal on 2023.

As of now, I handle administrative work for several accounts among my team. I am responsible for the training and maintenance of knowledge of the team resources, including new hires, cross training for development of skills and plan the use of staff in regards of the costumers needs. I also coordinate critical activities by managing the team towards an effective completion and delivery for the clients. I am also responsible for delivering improvements, best practices, automation and innovation for the customer. Working on a modernization level.
