At Involves, I’m the sole recruiter for LATAM and Brazil, where I closed 24 senior and manager-level hires in six months. I partner with hiring managers across functions and markets, and helped restructure the Mexico sales team by defining its headcount plan and running each hire end to end.
At e-Core, I delivered 7–12 hires per month for global clients including Atlassian, Priceline and Paystone, focusing on senior and leadership roles. I also managed a team of three recruiters and led the company’s migration from Lever to Greenhouse, including workflow redesign and training.
Across my recruiting work, I’ve delivered 350+ hires and recruited for technical, AI and commercial roles across international markets. I’ve built talent acquisition operations in new markets and used applied AI tools in early hiring stages while keeping decisions human-led.
