I’m a product designer with a computer-science foundation and hands-on CRM, client-support, and marketing experience. I focus on automating my own workflows and turning ideas into structured systems, from concept to interactive high fidelity prototypes.

As a self-employed Freelance Illustrator & Graphic Designer (2023–Present), I translate client briefs into cohesive visual systems using Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva—while owning the full client relationship end-to-end. I’m comfortable scoping, scheduling, delivery, and follow-up, keeping the experience organized, responsive, and on-brand.

Earlier, I supported clients on CRM platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Tech Group Intern, 2022), helping maintain data accuracy and troubleshooting client systems. I also delivered real-time, high-accuracy medical interpretation (Spanish–English) with strict confidentiality, and I bring that same precision and discretion to every client-facing project—especially when using AI tools like Claude (Code & Design), Lovable, and Make.
