I'm currently guiding prospective families through enrollment decisions in a remote international education environment, handling approximately 55 inbound and outbound customer interactions each day.

I use discovery conversations, active listening, and objection handling to clarify processes, address concerns, and move applications toward completion. I document customer interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM and use Five9 in a high-volume contact-centre environment.

Previously, I managed client relationships, territory expansion, and commercial growth at Blessed Seeds Concept, where I led and supported a team of seven. At Lafarge Africa, I progressed from Field Sales Representative to Field Sales Manager, leading a field team of six while supporting distributor relationships, retention, negotiation, and service recovery.

My background also includes trade marketing, business development, and sales supervision across Promasidor Nigeria, Worthy Life Foods, and Harmony Links Telecom. I bring over 10 years of customer engagement, relationship management, team leadership, and consultative selling experience.
