I’m an Administrative Specialist with experience supporting customers and coordinating day-to-day operations. I’m detail-oriented and known for delivering high-quality administrative support in fast-paced environments.

In my recent role, I coordinated daily schedules, client meetings, and follow-up activities. I also maintained accurate operational records, handled customer communications, and prepared reports while resolving inquiries promptly.

Earlier, I worked as a Database Validation Officer / Telesales and in data entry responsibilities. I validated and maintained customer databases with high accuracy, managed client correspondence and communication records, generated weekly reports for management review, and organized digital documentation.

I bring strong organizational abilities, professionalism, and excellent written communication to every task, including email management, reporting, and stakeholder communication. I’m comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace, and I’m currently pursuing a B.Sc in Computer Science (in view) to deepen my technical foundation.
