What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote truck dispatch work supporting U.S. time-zone operations. I’m available for night shifts, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules, and ready to learn DAT, Truckstop, TMS, GPS tracking, rate confirmations, and carrier-dispatch procedures.

I remotely coordinate local ground transportation, pickup points, drop-offs, and appointment schedules for clients based abroad. I work with drivers, transport providers, clinics, caregivers, patients, and overseas clients to confirm trip details and timing.

I plan routes around appointment windows and changing schedules, and keep records of bookings, contact details, special requirements, and completed journeys.

When delays, cancellations, or urgent changes come up, I arrange alternatives and keep everyone informed with real-time updates on driver progress and revised arrival or pickup times.

I use Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, phone, and email for daily coordination. I’m available for U.S. time-zone operations, including night shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules.
