What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote dispatch or logistics support work with US time zone shifts, where I can coordinate drivers, track routes, and maintain accurate freight records.

In my current remote freight and dispatch assistant work, I conduct driver check-in calls and record locations, status updates, and ETAs in tracking spreadsheets.

I process and verify Rate Confirmations, Proof of Delivery records, and Bills of Lading. I also monitor traffic, weather, and routes to flag potential delays or rerouting needs.

At E2F, I review operational logs and route specifications, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions. I maintain records in Google Workspace and Excel and prepare summary reports for operations management.

At Picha Clear Films, I coordinate vehicle movements and field team arrivals around client delivery windows. I stay in contact with drivers and team leads to adjust schedules when delays occur.
