At NAS Logistics, I identify and book suitable freight loads through DAT and other load boards, supporting consistent truck utilization and reduced empty miles.
I coordinate daily dispatch operations for 5–8 trucks, assigning loads and communicating with drivers to support timely deliveries.
I negotiate freight rates with brokers and monitor shipments, sharing updates and helping resolve delays.
I also prepare and verify dispatch documents, including Bills of Lading, Proofs of Delivery, and carrier packets.
