What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product design and design operations in a company that values accessibility, design systems, and measurable outcomes—where I can scale teams, strengthen process and standards, and partner closely with product and technology from discovery to delivery.

I’m a design leader with 10+ years of experience across UX, product, and design operations. I build and scale design teams, establish design systems from the ground up, and deliver measurable impact on complex digital products—bringing systems thinking from discovery and research through production delivery. My focus is accessibility (WCAG), design leadership, and aligning business strategy with user needs.

Most recently, I reassigned into a newly created Corporate Architecture department, helping define standards that connect design, technology, and business across the organization. Previously at CASSI, I scaled delivery capacity from 13 to 61 features shipped in a year (a 369% increase), co-led the first Design System (“Harmony”) consolidating tokens and foundations across institutional platforms, and led end-to-end design for the Convênios CASSI mobile app with a strong accessibility and usability focus. I’ve also co-led organization-wide initiatives like the first Content Guide and an Accessibility Maturity Matrix with manuals and checklists—so teams can consistently build and evaluate accessible solutions.
