At Jellyfish Brazil, I manage software licenses and oversee policy and app deployments on macOS and Windows using Jamf MDM and Microsoft Intune. I also provide ongoing hardware support to offices across the Americas and manage assets in the Brazil office.
Previously, I supported users at Tastemade, INC and Lew'Lara\TBWA, handling endpoint deployments, hardware support, connectivity, and inventory. I hold a Computer Engineering degree and an MBA in IT Governance and Management, and have completed the Jamf Certified Associate course.
