What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build clear, localized product and knowledge content, improve documentation systems with AI, and collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and customer teams.

At Pipedrive, I write and maintain Knowledge Base content that helps customers use an evolving SaaS product. I built AI tools for article drafting, language audits, and improving the quality of help-assistant answers.

I've spent years localizing games, apps, books, and live events through Mantrad, including Pipedrive, Tinder, SketchUp, StarCraft II, and major TV award shows. I bring a localization lens to content, writing for clarity, translatability, and real customer use.
