What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to leverage my linguistic expertise in technology-driven projects, fostering collaboration and innovation in a dynamic environment.

I am a linguist with extensive experience in language documentation, description, and analysis across various levels, including syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, and prosodic. My work has involved the development of a Natural Language Processing (NLP) tool, where I contributed to the design and collection of speech datasets, as well as proofreading technical texts for diverse audiences. My passion lies at the intersection of language and technology, and I strive to make linguistics impactful within real-world NLP solutions.

Throughout my academic journey, I have held various roles, including a Ph.D. researcher and project manager, where I led teams in language documentation and grammatical description. My recent freelance work with DeepL involved quality evaluations of text samples, contributing to the development of a reference model for AI-based writing tools. I am committed to advancing the field of linguistics and enhancing the capabilities of language technologies.
