I’m a PMP® Project Manager with 8+ years of experience delivering complex multinational industrial plant initiatives from design to go-live. I optimize processes, protect on-time/on-budget delivery, and coordinate distributed international teams—often fully remotely—to simplify complexity and align stakeholders.
At Körber Technologies, I lead end-to-end project lifecycles across domains including tobacco plants, automated warehousing and logistics systems, and non-conventional/pharma solutions. Lead complex, tailor-made engineering projects across tobacco plants and automated warehousing/logistics systems, overseeing the full project lifecycle from commercial phase to go-live readiness. Since 2024, manage a €40M Amazon sorting center project with a fully remote international team and contribute to PMO process improvements and BU integration in Italy.
Delivered flood risk management design projects and provided consultancy to the Environment Agency and local English councils. Participated from tendering through commissioning, including feasibility studies, hydraulic structure design, advisory services, and client/public engagement.
Supported the Quality Manager in maintaining compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. Developed and updated procedures, monitored system performance, contributed to continuous improvement, and achieved ISO 9001 Auditor qualification by DNV.
