What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a localization role where I can own language quality for UI and marketing, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive SEO/SEM performance through testing, research, and culturally accurate content.

I’m a localization, translation, and language professional with 14+ years of experience across marketing, user interface (UI), customer support, SEO, and SEM—building my career in both small and large organizations. I focus on clear communication, strong quality assurance, and results that work for real audiences and stakeholders.

In my current role as a Legislative Technician - Communications Analyst, I support campaigns by creating graphic materials, managing an institutional Instagram account, and organizing events with regional reach. I also contribute through content creation for intranet channels and by maintaining administrative spreadsheets and contract oversight within my department.

At Expedia Group, I worked as a Localization Specialist on marketing components, help and support content, UI, SEO, and SEM, across hotel, airline, and car rental brands. I negotiated with internal clients on language updates and campaigns, executed tests and reviews for each market, and adapted website/app content to local language and culture while ensuring brand guidance and regulatory compliance.

As a freelance translator, proofreader, and content creator, I translate and localize multilingual content for industries including legal, tourism, IT, fintech, marketing, education, medicine, and customer support. I also handle proofreading for accuracy and clarity, create SEO- and SEM-optimized marketing content, manage terminology and translation memories, and support dubbing and language consulting—keeping an eye on emerging AI in localization.
