I'm currently COO and Company Secretary at Net Zero Lawyers Alliance, where I've built operational infrastructure, governance and organisational capability for a rapidly growing international nonprofit alliance. I led transformation across finance, operations, technology and governance, reducing turnaround times by 70%, operating costs by 20%, and monthly financial reporting to under 30 minutes.

Previously, I rebuilt Design for Good's flagship innovation programme, supporting 25+ social-impact ventures with potential to improve 12 million lives while reducing participant attrition by 40%. I also founded Sustainable Legacy, a sustainability technology venture that attracted more than 1,500 users within four months and translated complex ESG data into practical consumer insights.

At NatWest Markets, I delivered transformation programmes across governance, operations, technology and product development, including a global structured-products platform that contributed to more than doubling EMEA Hybrids Structuring revenue. I bring board-level governance, operating-model design, fundraising, financial management and hands-on delivery to organisations pursuing lasting impact.
