I am an accomplished governance professional and leader with twenty-five years of executive and non-executive experience in company secretarial roles, as a CEO, consultant and trustee across the UK and Australia. I combine decisive leadership with collaborative teamwork to deliver clear governance, compliance and risk management.
My recent roles include Governance Manager and Assistant Company Secretary appointments at large public and higher education organisations, where I led risk and compliance, board planning, committee servicing, governance reviews and succession planning. I hold an LLM GradCG (distinction) and am an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
