What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that automate business processes, integrate reliably with external systems, and provide intuitive experiences for end users.

At Encore Business Solutions, I build and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, turning business requirements into scalable customizations, automated processes, dashboards, and reports. I also develop custom plugins for on-premises Dynamics CRM and support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance work in regulated healthcare environments.

Previously at Ciellos and WELLFIT TECHNOLOGIES, I delivered CRM customizations, PCF controls, JavaScript workflows, RESTful integrations, SSRS reporting, and financial data mappings. I've led requirements sessions, UAT, user training, and end-to-end support across healthcare, financial, retail, and operational CRM needs.
