I’m looking to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform delivery—partnering with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, automate processes, and drive successful go-lives with strong post-production support in an Agile environment.

I’m a results-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with 10+ years of experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting enterprise CRM/CE solutions. I bridge functional and technical teams, translating complex requirements into scalable CRM outcomes.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform implementations—from discovery and requirements through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support. I facilitate client discovery sessions, demos, and workshops, documenting FRDs, gap analyses, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.

I’m hands-on across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, using Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and solution components. I also design and deliver Power Platform automation with Power Apps and Power Automate to reduce manual work and improve user experience.

On the engineering side, I develop and optimize CRM extensions, including C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, web resources, REST API integrations, and ERP/third-party system integrations. I support data migration, environment management, release planning, QA/UAT coordination, and production troubleshooting, while mentoring junior consultants and promoting CRM best practices.
