What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise Dynamics 365 CE architecture, modernization, cloud migration, and Azure integration work while improving secure, high-performing CRM platforms and mentoring cross-functional teams.

At Real Dynamics, I lead enterprise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for Financial Services and Insurance organizations serving more than 1,500 users. I design Dataverse data models, security architecture, Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel capabilities.

I've modernized legacy Dynamics CRM environments and migrated more than 5 million records to Dynamics 365 CE at Dynamic Consulting. I build plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, and integrations with SAP, SharePoint, DocuSign, Outlook, and Azure services.

I use Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and ALM to automate reliable releases across environments. I also improve CRM performance through plugin profiling, FetchXML and Dataverse query tuning, while mentoring teams and supporting production platforms.
