I’m a results-driven MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 9+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. I started as a Junior CRM Developer and advanced into a Senior technical role by translating complex requirements into clean, maintainable implementations that align technology with business goals.

In my current role as an MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant & Senior Developer, I combine hands-on development with solution advisory. I lead technical design discussions, architect scalable solution patterns, and build complex plugins, Power Automate flows, Azure Functions, and integrations—while guiding stakeholders on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.

I’m also known for driving modernization by replacing legacy customizations with Power Platform solutions, overseeing CI/CD pipelines and environment strategies, and ensuring security, performance, and maintainability. Across projects, I’ve supported full SDLC delivery in agile teams, performed code reviews, mentored junior developers, and used FetchXML, SSRS, and Power BI to deliver actionable reporting and insights.
