I’m a Customer Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience helping clients through phone, email, and live chat in fast-paced environments. I guide customers through onboarding steps, keep communication organized, and make sure follow-ups are timely so users feel supported.
In my roles, I handle high volumes of interactions daily while maintaining ~95% customer satisfaction (CSAT). I document customer interactions and feedback, identify recurring issues, and support internal teams with clear, actionable notes.
I’m especially strong at escalation: when technical issues come up, I escalate with clear documentation so the right teams can move quickly. I’m detail-oriented and empathetic, and I enjoy working collaboratively to improve the customer experience using tools like Zendesk, HubSpot CRM, and internal dashboards.
