I’m looking to lead operations end-to-end in multi-country environments—building SOPs, governance, KPI systems, and continuous improvement to drive measurable profitability, improve board visibility, and execute change with distributed teams.

I am a results-driven senior executive with 20+ years of experience leading complex, multi-country organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. I translate board-level strategy into operational reality through operations management and execution, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Osoley, I was recruited by ownership to build and lead operational, commercial, and strategic functions as the senior executive counterpart. I established operations in Costa Rica and Mexico from the ground up, secured exclusive commercial alliances, and initiated strategic financing partnerships—while designing governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.

Earlier, as Director of Operations at Obersi Group of Companies, I unified fragmented operations across 9 entities, standardized financial controls and board-level reporting, and delivered a 6% reduction in operating costs with a 3% increase in group profitability. I bring strong change management leadership, stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, and crisis/continuity readiness—backed by self-directed learning in operations, technology, communications, and AI-assisted workflows.
