What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a community manager role where I can build relationships, manage social media, plan events, support community service, and nurture a strong, loyal community.

I've managed Coca-Cola Middle East's online community at VML Dubai, engaging audiences across Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Facebook, and YouTube in both Arabic and English.

I respond to high volumes of comments, direct messages, and brand mentions while scheduling localised content, tracking sentiment, escalating sensitive issues, and reporting on engagement performance through Sprinklr and Microsoft 365.

Previously, I supported Coca-Cola's FIFA World Cup 2022 campaign at VMLY&R Commerce and developed social content, publishing, strategy, and campaign reporting as a Social Media Intern at Greenpeace MENA.
