What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to talent acquisition, training, and organizational development initiatives where I can improve candidate experience, build talent pipelines, digitize recruitment processes, and support employee growth.

At Nimir Group of Industries, I manage end-to-end recruitment and support employee development, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, training coordination, and employer branding. I’m currently leading a career portal revamp and recruitment platform launch to improve candidate experience, application tracking, and hiring efficiency.

Previously at Stylo Pvt. Ltd., I digitized recruitment workflows using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, launched a user-friendly MTO recruitment portal, and supported succession planning, internship programs, performance management, and organizational structure development. Earlier, at Romeo Consulting & Staffing, I helped support workforce expansion from a startup to 70+ employees in Pakistan through talent coordination, onboarding, stakeholder communication, and operational process development.
