I’m an experienced operations and customer service professional with over five years in logistics, client relations, and sales. I specialize in streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and driving seamless operational efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Most recently, I worked as an Operations Coordinator and Customer Service Coordinator at Hapag-Lloyd AG in İzmir, Türkiye. In roles covering inland delivery operations (IDT Egypt & Greece) and customer service documentation, I focused on customer support, customer relations, and business analysis to keep service delivery running smoothly.

Before that, I advanced my leadership and service quality at Teleperformance, where I held operations supervision and customer service roles. I enhanced service quality and managed remote teams effectively—using supervisory skills, coaching, training, and strong time and personnel management.

Earlier, as a Sales Representative at Fortrade Ltd., I strengthened my communication, negotiation, and international sales capabilities in a forex market setting. I also bring strong interpersonal and training abilities from my background in English language teaching, which I apply directly to leadership and team development—especially when improving customer experience.
