What I'm looking for

I want a remote Web3 role where I can support users end-to-end—wallet setup, onboarding, and issue resolution—while growing communities through education and feedback. I’m excited to collaborate with distributed teams to improve customer experience.

I’m a Web3 customer support and community specialist, focused on resolving customer issues, onboarding users, and strengthening customer relationships in remote environments. I support users across DeFi and Web3 ecosystems while keeping service standards high and experiences consistently positive.

In my roles with Digital Witch Supports and multiple Web3 communities, I handled support across chat, email, and phone, escalated technical issues when needed, and maintained accurate support records. I’ve assisted 100+ users with wallet setup and onboarding, supported community participation, and collected recurring feedback to help teams improve.

I also bring community and education depth through Telegram/Discord engagement, moderation, and the creation of onboarding guides and FAQs that reduced repetitive support requests. Alongside support work, I’ve done business development as a Business Development Executive, generating and qualifying leads, managing prospects through onboarding, and supporting retention through proactive relationship management.
