I’m a customer support professional with 14 months of hands-on experience handling customer queries across chat, email, and phone for an Islamabad-based online pharmacy brand. I also manage Shopify store operations and order workflows, aiming for quick, accurate resolutions and clear communication.

In my recent role, I handled refunds, order corrections, and escalations while keeping detailed records across shifts to prevent dropped tickets. I managed the full Shopify storefront—including product listings, order tracking, and day-to-day upkeep—and coordinated with fulfillment teams to support timely, accurate deliveries.

I’ve also independently managed a private client’s eBay store for a full year, handling buyer communication and dispute resolution while maintaining strong seller performance. I’m currently in the 3rd semester of a BS in Cybersecurity, and I bring a disciplined, process-driven approach to customer-facing work, with flexibility for full-time, part-time, or contract roles.
