I'm currently designing end-to-end learning experiences for Learning Sandbox at LabXchange, creating storyboards, scripts, Figma learning flows, and AI-enabled feedback systems for global learners.
Previously at ALX, I used learner data to identify LMS friction points and redesigned Savanna learning journeys to improve progression, usability, completion rates, and support load. I also developed interactive technical e-learning content in SQL, data workflows, and analytics alongside product, engineering, and subject matter experts.
At Sand Technologies and ALX, I designed and delivered Python, SQL, and Power BI training for cohorts of more than 150 learners, achieving a 96% pass rate through project-based learning, live problem-solving, and iterative curriculum improvement.
As founder of CerebroLux, I've independently designed and delivered STEM curricula for Grades 4 to 12, using diagnostic assessment and competency-driven instruction to improve average learner performance by 15%.
