What I'm looking for

I’m seeking roles in Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, HR, or Strategy, where I can apply my analytical and interpersonal skills to drive growth and client satisfaction.

At Moon Lady, I manage customer communication across social media and messaging platforms, coordinate orders and service requests, and maintain CRM records to support customer relationships.

I also support customer engagement campaigns, sales follow-ups, and conversion tracking. By analyzing feedback and purchasing patterns, I identify opportunities to improve service and grow revenue.

In a consulting project with Macromedia University of Applied Sciences × PeopleO GmbH, I designed interview frameworks, spoke with startup founders and business leaders, and contributed strategic recommendations on organizational culture, leadership, and employee engagement.
