What I'm looking for

I am looking for a job in a field that I can use my customer service experience as well as my technical experience. I feel that I would love a change in career path to something that is less customer facing.

My name is Farah. I have international call center experience in chat, email and calls. Most of my experience is in technical troubleshooting but I have a strong interest in IT. I have a certificate in AI Applications and I am currently enrolled in a course with Microsoft in Data Science. I am determined to find a position that better fits my long term objections and where I can contribute to the best of my ability.
