I'm looking to lead and coordinate end-to-end programs where I can strengthen operations, align stakeholders, manage teams and communities, and deliver measurable outcomes across education, healthcare, or professional services.

I've delivered end-to-end programs across healthcare, education, professional services, and community initiatives. At IEP Indonesia, I managed a Digital Marketing Bootcamp for 450+ participants, from planning and onboarding through curriculum delivery and completion tracking, achieving an 85% completion rate.

At Urology ScaleUp, I coordinated healthcare operations across five divisions and a 15-member team, working with 5+ doctors on provider coordination, patient communications, consultation scheduling, and follow-ups. I also launched urology webinars for 50+ attendees and supported campaigns that increased audience interaction by 12%.

I've managed webinars, workshops, live classes, campaign launches, content calendars, stakeholder communications, and performance reporting.
