At GMIC.AI, I built and shipped the company’s first revenue product: a production trip-routing and dispatch engine for a 26-driver medical-transport operator, now used daily on a $500/month subscription. As the sole builder directing AI coding agents, I matched 96–99% of the operator’s historical trip revenue and forward-deployed iterations on live customer data.

I also own product and integration for multilingual speech-to-insight tools and built Sales Tracker, turning Slack voice memos into structured, real-time pipeline visibility for field sales. I run day-to-day operations across product, GTM, and hiring alongside the CEO.

I’ve led GTM experiments, recommended a company-wide shift toward walk-in trades and paid digital, and designed SaaS pricing, sales compensation, and scalable sales-org models. I recruited and onboarded GMIC’s first sales leadership hire, who closed a first deal in week one.

Outside GMIC, I co-founded Beijing StairVoid Media Group, where I negotiate artist partnerships and run A&R, promotion, and coordination across five artists. I also architected an open-source multi-agent job-search pipeline that discovers roles across nine job boards, scores them with LLMs, drafts application responses, and runs nightly.
