What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support recruiting, HR, training, onboarding, payroll, and workforce-compliance programs where I can use bilingual English/Spanish communication to improve employee readiness and deployment.

I've supported workforce readiness on Barton Malow's Lucid Motors Phase II project, delivering bilingual English/Spanish orientations, onboarding training, and site-specific safety support for skilled-trade personnel.

At Leaders Staffing, I expanded the workforce from 75 to 250 employees through multi-channel sourcing, job fairs, candidate outreach, and full-cycle recruiting. I also processed weekly payroll for 250+ employees and maintained compliant employee, recruiting, and payroll records.

At WECTEC/Westinghouse, I managed nuclear construction training records and LMS, SuccessFactors/Plateau, Documentum, and EDMS workflows. I delivered bilingual training in Nuclear Safety Culture, Human Performance, Quality Assurance, and Access & Security while supporting audit-ready compliance.
