At the North West Regional Delegation of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, I direct general affairs for 186 personnel, oversee administration and assets, and lead youth training, civic education, and capacity-building programs. I also coordinated MINJEC/IFVCAM workshops for over 2,000 youths to strengthen local governance, civic engagement, and community leadership.
Beyond public service, I founded Progressive Minds on Civic Engagement in Africa and the World, serve as Vice President of ACEAAAC Cameroon, and have trained more than 1,000 university students through Glorious Voices. My work brings together youth counseling, peacebuilding, public affairs, training, communication, and inclusive participation to help young people contribute meaningfully to sustainable development.
