@titanjiabandanwachan
Community health specialist driving community-led HIV/TB program impact.
What I'm looking for
I am a community health development specialist with over 10 years' experience managing USG and multinational donor-funded HIV, TB, and community health initiatives across Cameroon. I focus on strengthening community-based approaches to expand access to care, increase service uptake, and support universal health coverage.
I have coordinated large-scale community interventions across multiple regions, led multi-disciplinary teams, and built robust community information systems that foster collaboration between health facilities, CBOs, and implementing partners. I have represented community components at regional and national technical groups to ensure stakeholder participation.
My accomplishments include training and supervising community health workers, developing and monitoring community engagement strategies for programs funded by PEPFAR/CDC and partners like Georgetown Global Health, EGPAF, and CBCHB, and supporting district health services with work planning, surveillance systems, and coaching.
I am committed to evidence-based, community-centered programming, capacity building, and resource mobilization to optimize prevention, care, and treatment outcomes for HIV and TB at the community level.
