I support recruitment, employee relations, labour law advisory, performance management, disciplinary hearings, retrenchments, workshops, and team alignment conversations. My work centres on psychological safety, meaningful dialogue, and practical action.
Previously, I led recruitment and HR operations at Frank.net and provided HR development support at Liberty. I’ve managed recruitment teams, supported a workforce of approximately 280 employees, developed talent strategies, and helped people thrive and progress in their careers.
