I seek an Agile leadership role where I can coach teams, improve delivery with data-driven practices, and work in a culture that values continuous improvement and measurable customer impact.

I am an experienced Scrum Master and Agile practitioner who builds collaborative teams and delivers measurable business value. I coach teams in Scrum and SAFe, use data-driven metrics, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track.

Throughout my career I have facilitated backlogs of over 150 user stories, led cross-functional teams, and implemented Agile best practices across organizations. I have practical experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, and reporting tools like Tableau to monitor velocity, burndown, and cycle time.

I have delivered large-scale projects ahead of schedule and at scale — including work that impacted millions of users and drove strong engagement improvements. I combine technical familiarity (Git, Docker, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React Native) with strong stakeholder communication and requirements documentation.
