What I'm looking for
I am a customer-focused service professional with experience supervising lunchtime programs and supporting customers in high-volume call centers. I combine patience, clear communication, and a strong sense of responsibility to support students and customers alike.
In my current roles I supervise lunchroom activities at a primary school and work as a Customer Service Representative, building long-term relationships with customers, resolving issues, and explaining product pricing. I have specific supervisory experience with Intuit TurboTax as a T2 supervisor and prior experience as a Customer Representative Supervisor.
Earlier in my career I worked in fast-paced food service as a cashier and crew member at McDonald's, where I managed orders, maintained food safety standards, and ensured guest satisfaction. These roles strengthened my ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent, friendly service.
I hold a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Punjab University and welcome opportunities where I can apply my customer service leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to a positive customer or student experience.
